Children always had a special place in Charlie's heart. Ill 70, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away September 7. 2013, at Life Care Center of Gray due to complications of a stroke. He was the son of the late John I. Earnest, Jr. and Louise Spears Earnest of Maryville, Tennessee.
