This was a great one. We start off the fight between Daki and Tanjiro and he is getting his grip on Hinokami Kagura and its so wonderful to see his mastery over it and the art is phenomenal especially as he is fighting her and the way challenging her and then Tengen comes in. But when it looks like she is defeated her brother Gyutaro comes in and then becomes the main trouble. Its a fight on multiple ends as they have to fight them and save the Entertainment district. This was a good volume and just the battle scenes mostly and less exposition and it has everything. Some amazing moments for Tanjiro as he is fighting them and we get to see the origin of Inosuke too which was cute and I love how Tengen and Rengoku were shown almost similar in these circ*mstances and thereby helping in the growth of Tanjiro. The character work here is phenomenal and the artwork just gets better with every issue.

TW// violence, mentions of death I really enjoyed Gyutaro and Daki’s dynamics. They made the battle really fun and I loved how they worked together so well. Inosuke’s origin story in this volume was super cute. And I, of course, loved spending more time with Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Tengen I did have two issues with this volume (and I had these issues with the anime as well):
-This section of the Entertainment District arc drags on a lot longer than it needs to.
-The way Nezuko, a literal child, is sexualized in this volume is disgusting.

The mind of Gotouge sensei, my god. The fighting scenes are so beautifully draw!! I can't wait to see all of that battle animated, and the rest that has to happen. For me, Tanjiro looks already as a Hashira, he's so damn strong and brave already, I can't believe is the same guy a few volumes ago training to break that thing at Butterfly Mansion. TENGEN UZUI. I freaking love you. Such a great character really. This story is getting better and better every single time, I'm beyond satisfied reading this!!

That male Demon is indeed strong. Also it is so cute for Zenitsu to be awake this long to fight alongside Inosuke.

Demon Slayer is firing on all cylinders in this volume. With the elite demon showing her face Tanjiro tries to make a final stand but Demon Slayer is known to be pretty fair, and even if you have the famous anime "never give up" doesn't mean you will. ON top of that we have a higher upper rank Demon Slayer on the move, who will he save first? Can he save anyone? Big battles continue here, high stakes, and lots of carnage.
This is hands down one of my favorite mangas right now. The fights here are so well drawn I felt like I was watching it in action. Also, holy sh*t, how amazing is this new demon? Scary and a challenge. The heroes won't give up but that doesn't mean they won't lose people. The comedy still sprinkles in here and there and it's funny as can be.
It's gonna be tough waiting for volume 11...A 5 out of 5.

Smooth, fast, and deadly. This is some really cool action going on here. The pleasure district is toast, but damn, the fight is awesome. Everyone’s in on it, now, and these baddies are stroooong.

I have to give it to Koyoharu Gotouge for the drastic improvement in the art style. When the series started everything looked so basic and static, but now, it looks amazing and vivid, ranging from phenomenal action scenes to the minimal funny scenes.

The battle with oiran demoness Daki in the entertainment district is now heating up and she’s not alone, even Tanjiro’s honest words don’t effect her. The best surprise is seeing Nezuko entering the fray and seeing her fighting skills. A bonus story also humorous sums up Inosuke’s origins. A (100%/Outstanding)

I'm definitely not a chosen one. But even if I don't have the powers of a chosen one, there are times in life when you simply can't back down! Destined Sun Breather - chosen one?!, physical limits - second limitation, super Nezuko!!!, 2-in-1

Now we're talking, NOW WE'RE TALKING!!! Maybe is because the previous volume wasn't as good as i was expecting but this one here was awesome. Full of action and a good story. This volume was fast-paced but there were enough pauses to let the story marinate, really good job. I like the new "power-ups", i don't want to spoil anything so 'm just gonna say that i'm liking it a lot and can't wait to see were this goes.

That was good. Nice to finally have Nezuko go all all out on the other lady demon. There was a lot of drama with this volume. The fighting was good though it was getting a bit hard to see in some panels. Until the next volume.

I have to say, this story arc has been one of the more impressive as it has move the plot forward for all the heroes in a way previous ones haven't. Tengen Uzui is a more complex character than initially hinted at and while that isn't unusual for this series, the stakes here feel clearly for everyone he is involved with. The cliffhanger this ends on is much like in other portions of the story where we're still mid-fight, but it's a lot less clear how this one ends. The other thing that is becoming more apparent is that no character is sacred. The author is not particularly sentimental and that keeps this emotionally involving and, at times, frustrating. The art may not always be my favorite in terms of some of the broad choices made, but now that I'm 10 volumes in I really do understand why so many people like this series (and show.) It's engaging, compelling and it really keeps moving.

Tanjiro and Nezuko’s fight with Daki!!! So exciting! They’ve already grown so strong alongside one another and I’m so excited to see how they further improve. Hopefully they can grow strong enough to survive and defeat Muzan 🙏
