Charcoal "grilled" red meat tastes the best. If you disagree, then please put me on ignore.
Do you have an easy to light charcoal grill with simple disposal system for the ashes?
What do you recommend?
TIA fellas!

Such a device may exist, I'm curious to see the community input.
My only input is that I have an offset smoker with a gas assist in the firebox. I never use it. Just fill up a chimney with B&B all wood briquettes and 15 minutes later we're good to go. Also I don't have to make runs to the U Haul place to refill propane tanks.
Now if you could plumb it for house gas I might be convinced!

A Masterbuilt Gravity Series sounds close to what you are looking for minus the propane assist.
I have one and use it three times a week. I don't regret buying it.

Low tech solution is Weber sells a "fancy" version of the tried and true Kettle grill that has a cart and a 3'x2' work surface that has a propane starter that utilizes the small camp stove bottles you buy at academy or Lowe's. My Dad has one and we still use it semi-regularly. Very cool, fast easy, nice disposable ash tray and the cooking grate is even hinged so you can get to coals to distribute them after they are burning. The only down side is they have always been about $300-350 if I recall right, and that just seems a little too expensive for what it is, but if you can get past that, it is a great grill and almost as easy / convenient as a gas grill.
But I have been eyeing the masterbuilt gravity series grill mentioned above for a few years. If it had a gas starter it would have been sitting on my patio soon after they came to market.

Sir,
They do exist. Camping propane cannister attachment and easy disposal.
This is the first one I came across. I did see another from Sam's Club at a cheaper price.

I guess if I had to stretch for another negative against that Webber it would be a little small on cooling surface size and the fire is a little close to the cooking grate with no adjustability, but those are probably just relative to what your cookout needs are and how big your existing grill is. I'm stretching really far to come up with complaints though, because I love it for the exact reason you are searching.

For $299 the Sams Club unit seems pretty good. May want to add a temp gauge to the dome.

Yikes, at $499 I would have a very hard time buying the Weber, even though I know it is a great product. Inflation is a biotch I guess. I didn't watch the videos all the way through, but if you have access to a Sam's membership to get theirs for $299 it might be worth giving it a try.
The only other thought I have contemplated over the years is a dual grill that either HD or Lowe's sells, it actually has 2 grills on one cart, one is a gas grill and the other is a charcoal grill. I thought about buying one and adapting / rigging another burner to put into the charcoal side as a starter. I don't recall the brand, but it is not a top brand that is built to last 15 years or anything like that, it is more of a value priced product. I think buying the burner and rigging it up as I was thinking is do-able, but it seemed like a questionable value proposition as I don't think it is built to last, not that any of them are anymore. I think the charcoal side even had a moveable fire grate so you could control how close your food got to the coals. It was a feature driven product, but was going to consume too much time, money, and effort to convert it in my opinion.

This. I've had mine for 3+ years and technically I guess you could call it gas assist ..... I use a propane torch to get it started and then let the fan do the rest. Ready to cook in less than 20 minutes.

I light my BGE with a MAP-Pro torch and it cleans out easy with a Kick Ash Basket and the stock ash tool. Does that count?

BGE, Tumbleweeds and an ash vac work great for me.
